Customized Massage – a massage that incorporates a variety of massage techniques to take care of a specific issue
Swedish Massage – A massage, with light, medium, or firm pressure, with the intent to soothe and provide relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage – A massage with firm to deep pressure. The focus and intent is breaking up fascia (connective tissue in the muscle) and working into the deeper layers of muscle to provide relief.
note, not everyone requires a deep pressure to receive deep tissue massage
Prenatal Massage – Perfect for expectant mothers. Massage can be given to women with healthy pregnancies in all trimesters. A wonderful treatment for helping with the aches and pains of a growing and changing body and keeping stress levels down
Postnatal Massage – Recovering from having a tiny human can be just as challenging as the growing phase. A postnatal massage is designed to help mamas recover and find their new normal. Babies are welcome to come lay on the table with you.
Sports Massage – For the active individuals, sport massage helps the body recover from strenuous activity. The technique involves stretching and a variety of pressures to take care of issues that may be hiding. A must have for athletes of all ages!
Trigger Point Massage – Also known as pressure points. This massage is a form of deep tissue, however, works specifically with releasing tension that refers pain to other areas of the body.

Bodywork Services
Active Stretching – an effective technique to increase flexibility fast. Uses a flex and release technique while the therapist provides resistance and instruction.
Cupping Therapy – An ancient and effective way of using suction to release deep congestion within the muscle tissues. Works like a deep tissue but instead of pushing down into the tissues, it sucks them up. We use special medical grade silicon suction cups for this technique.
*We do not make use of heat or blood letting with our technique
Reiki Energy Session – Reiki is a Japanese style of energy work used with the purpose of creating space for positive healing and increased energy flow. This provides relaxation and stress relief but pulling and eliminating negative energy and stimulating the circulation of positive energy. This technique is not associated with any religions or spiritual belief systems, but only utilizes the universal healing energy.
