#1 No day without moisturizer

    Amazing tips, Ashley! The part about calorie intake is so true and I would say it's where the future of anti-aging recommendation will be. Different types of fasting can boost our anti-aging mechanism because we are giving our bodies time and energy to focus on repairs and cleaning. Water fasting is the most rigorous but offers amazing health benefits such as reversed aging, if done right. Best wishes and keep it up! P.S.
